Stewardship. One of our students said, “Stewardship is taking care of the things God has given you.” So, what has God given you? Air to breath, clothes on your back, house to keep you safe, school to learn, money to spend, a body to exercise…the gospel to share! The students will begin learning what stewardship looks like for them…how, yes, they are responsible (stewards) at their age for not only the money they spend, but for everything they do as a believer in Jesus to point others to Jesus.

Fun things coming up

  • Sunday PM – Both HIS and BAM meet upstairs in room 5204/06 for our study on being good stewards of God’s money! Please bring $10 for the curriculum.
  • Middle School Retreat is coming Fast…registration ends this Sunday! Get your registration in now! Turn it in to Sandy Fones.
  • Middle School Retreat theme: “Pursue” out of 2 Tim. 2:22, “Flee also youthful lust, but PURSUE righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.”

What is Fusion?

The Bible says that through Jesus Christ, we are fused together as a body of believers. We must be in Christ to be fused together with other believers. Our main goal in Fusion is for students to come to a saving relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Next, it is our goal to help students live for God and to be transformed and conformed to the image of Christ. By conforming to Christ, students will discover God’s unique plan and will for their lives so that they can live out God’s purpose that He has for each of them, while at the same time, they are being “fused” together by His Son.

So in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.
