-August 4 – August 11 (road trip = Aug 3-Aug 12)

Where?
-Rich Perez = Inwood/Washington Heights, Manhattan
-John Ramirez = Upper Westside, Manhattan
-Lodging at the MNYBA Building

Why?
-To continue to reach the city for the Gospel  by partnering with individuals who are indigenous to the area

How?
-Recruit Prayer Team
-Begin fasting once a month for a breakthrough in NYC
-Attend pre-trip meeting: July 8 @ 5:00 in room 5104
-Cost = $550 (road-trip) or $700 (air-trip)
            -Deposit due April 29 = $200
-Balance due July 31
-Cost includes: transportation, lodging, most meals
-Cost does not include:
            -food money for 4 suppers ($12+ per meal)
            -subway fare $27 (7-day unlimited ride MetroCard)
            -cash/visa for souvenirs

What can I do now?
-Complete the “Mission Trip Information Meeting Form” and return to Robert Gilliland
-Determine if this trip is right for you (a lot of stairs, a lot of walking, little sleep)
-Complete “Team Participant Forms” and turn in to the Great Commission Ministry office by April 29
Mission Trip Application, Release Form, Medical Health Questionnaire
-Save your money for the trip ($3.00 per day for 274 days)
-Pay the $200 deposit for the trip by April 29
-Pay the balance by July 31
-Wait for an email and postcard for updates
