Dan grew up in Gulf Breeze and became a member of Olive in 1994. He is married to Traci and they have two daughters, Jessica and Sarah. Dan graduated from Gulf Breeze High School and attended Pensacola Junior College. In 2004, after twenty years of management in his family's locally owned wholesale supply company, Dan was called to full time ministry here at Olive.
Information Technology Director
Sam has been serving at Olive since October of 2010. She works in the main office and is responsible for greeting and assisting church members and guests with any information they may need. She also handles updates to church member records.
Finance Director /
Charlotte has been working at Olive for nearly twenty years. As Financial Director, she coordinates the receiving, payment and reporting of all funds that are given to Olive. Her secondary responsibility is the scheduling and directing of weddings at the church. She is married, has two daughters and three granddaughters. She and her husband, Bob, have lived in Pensacola for 45 years.
Kara has been working in Olive's financial department since 2011. She processes all contributions and assists with accounts payable. Kara is also responsible for the weekly Wednesday Prayer Reminder and she takes care of the altar flowers. She has worked in church and associational ministry for over twenty years. She is married to Tony and they have three grown children and three grandchildren.
Becky has been on staff here at Olive since February 2002. She handles Accounts Payable, Payroll and HR. She is the TimeClock Plus administrator and is in charge of the security alarm schedule. Becky is married to David and has two children, Ben and Lacey and one granddaughter, Victoria.

Chef Bob came to Olive June 3, 2013 from Birmingham, Alabama. Chef Bob has been married to Darlene Vaningan for 29 years and they have 4 adult children who live in Birmingham. Chef Bob has owned his own company, chefbob.com, inc. for over 25 years and recently has turned the day to day operations of his company over to his children. Chef Bob has a grand culinary vision the Lord has given him for Olive Baptist Church, from the Rousseau Hall project, to video cooking classes, and starting a local chapter of Christian Chefs International.
Daryl has been with Olive over 6 years. He is the Kitchen Manager and purchasing agent for Olive Food service ministry. He has a degree in Fine Arts and is from Bartow, Florida. Daryl loves the Lord and is a good Stewart of the kitchen budget. Daryl also helps in house keeping with supervising room setups and floor care. One of his favorite Bible verses is Colossians 3:17.
"Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory" (Psalm 115:1).
Bob oversees Olive's maintenance department, which desires to meet God's expectations in the upkeep of the buildings and grounds He has bestowed upon our care.
The maintenance personnel are responsible for keeping the church’s air conditioners and heaters working, the buildings and machinery in good repair, the grounds mowed and maintained, as well as rebuilding, remodeling or rewiring the church’s building.
Loraine has worked at Olive since 1998. She processes all invoices to forward onto Accounts Payable. She maintains profile of Olive’s vehicles and trailers, and coordinates van reservations for all ministries. She is responsible for processing prospective drivers through the insurance approval system, and adding them into Olive’s database. She also pre-screens by phone, then meets with individuals required to do community service hours. Formerly from Los Angeles, she’s been in Pensacola since 1976 and graduated from UWF in 1980.
