Jerome trusted Jesus Christ as his Savior in 1991 while serving in the US Navy. He and his wife, Allison, have been married over 21 years and God has blessed them with three beautiful children: Brianna, Josh ,and Hannah.

They have been members of Olive since 2009. Jerome served as the Athletic Director/Dean of Students for 4 years at Aletheia Christian Academy before joining the Olive staff. He has coached high school basketball for over 14 years.

Hello, my name is Bennett Traylor. I moved to Pensacola, FL in 1990 when my father, Ted Traylor, was called to be the pastor of Olive. I graduated from Tate High School in 2004 and spent the next four years away at college; one at the University of Alabama, where I was a Long Snapper on the Crimson Tide football team and 3 years at the University of Mobile.

I met my beautiful wife, Amanda Marie Traylor, on numerous occasions including Pensacola Swing Night, here at Olive on a Sunday morning, and (in a much more impactful meeting) on the Ultimate Frisbee field at UWF. We’ve been married since August 22, 2009 and she is my best friend in life and in Christ.

I came to faith in the Lord at the age of 11 on November 16, 1996. Little did I know the journey that God had me on starting with that day. After college graduation and after working on and off in the ROC through high school, I was offered the position of Team Sports Director and I’ve been enjoying my post since 2009.
