About the program
Divorce leaves you discouraged, lonely, and fearful of the future. Divorce Recovery is designed to help you through this difficult life transition. All of our leaders and facilitators have themselves experienced the same confusion and hurt that you are feeling. Come and let them encourage you to allow God to be your source through this time.
Topics covered include: anger, loneliness, grief and depression, financial and legal issues, single parenting, family and friends, conflict and forgiveness, and dealing with your spouse.
Divorce Recovery | Fall Semester
August 16 - NOvember 15, 2023
Wednesdays 6:00-7:45pm, room 4103
Divorce Recovery is a fourteen week program starting in August. Each session features guest speakers who share their personal stories and explore topics relevant to the recovery process.
After the speaker and a short break, the class provides a time to discuss and unpack the topics in a safe and encouraging group setting.
No pre-registration is required, there is no cost, and free childcare is provided for newborn-5th grade with check-in at 5:45pm.
Divorce care | Spring semester
January 10 - APRIL 10, 2024
Wednesdays 6:00-7:45pm, room 4103
Divorce Care is a thirteen-week program starting in January. Each session features a video focusing on a specific aspect of the recovery process.
Following the video and a short break, the class will come together for discussion time in a small group setting.
No pre-registration is required, there is no cost, and free childcare is provided for newborn-5th grade with check-in at 5:45pm. Optional workbooks accompany the video series and are available for $10 each.
