What is Middle School Student Ministry?
Olive's Middle School Ministry's mission is to develop fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. We do this by connecting people with the message of Christ in our small groups on Sunday Mornings. These small groups are called Connections Groups. They are divided by grade and gender. We then equip the believers to walk with Christ in our weekly bible studies on Sunday nights and Wednesday nights. We seek to know God by knowing His Word. Finally, we share God's love by serving others. Each student is challenged to not only know God's Word but also share God's word by loving and serving others in their home, in their school and in their community.

STUDENT LIFE CAMP
JULY 8-12 | Birmingham, AL
Student Life Camp is a weeklong event full of worship, Bible study, and adventure. Every day will consist of morning and evening praise, group games, and small group devotions – along with meals and free time. Most importantly, the camp will bring you to the realization that you need God in your life. We will leave on Monday morning and return Friday evening. It will be held at Birmingham Southern University. This is an event you will look back on for years so don’t miss this opportunity.
FILL THE AUDITORIUM
APRIL 17 | 678 Building
On Wednesday, April 17th, if we can have the whole auditorium in 678 filled (around 250 kids), our middle school minister, Carson Windle, will shave his beard and be pied in the face. Also, every person that brings in a pie (whipped cream in a pan), will get to pie Calvin Lirette in the face. This will happen during the usual mid-week worship time frame. So everyone please bring as many friends as you can. The shaving and pie throwing will occur the following Wednesday night.
